Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Dahod on April 20 and launched development projects worth Rs 22,000 crore for the tribal region.
Rahul Gandhi will address the rally at the historic Navjivan Arts and Commerce College in Dahod. After the event, he will meet with party MLAs and interact with leaders of the state’s tribal areas.
In the last election, Congress narrowed the margin of defeat by improving its number to 77 seats, an increase of 16 from the 2012 level. However, some of his MLA switched sides, bringing the number down to 63.
